  I visited the LensCrafters at St. Laurent Mall to get my eyeglass frame repaired because it was bent. Issam, the store representative, did a fabulous job fixing the issue. He carefully adjusted the frame and made sure it was aligned perfectly, just like before. I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and helpful service. The repair was handled quickly and with great care. Thank you, Issam, for the excellent customer service!

  The people who helped us were amazing I first ask them to fix my Mom frame because she had fallen yesterday and damaged her frame Even though she had never purchased from Lens Crafters they fixed it and didn’t want anything in return I then purchased new lens for my old sunglasses and they were able to find out that my insurance was covering 100% of it 🙂
