  Called to ask if they have a frame in stock. Was assured they do, drove across the entire city only to be told “yeah we can order them it takes 10 days” thanks for wasting my Time.

  I dropped by 1 week prior on Wednesday, August 05, 2026 to get a price quote on a pair of new glasses without frames and Rime had approached me to assist me. She had provided me a quote with a discount and I was going to return the next following Wednesday, August 12, 2026 to get my lenses done but I had changed my mind after thinking about it because Rime had mentioned there was a promotional offer of 40% off if frames and lenses were done together. I did notice that the website/company did offer the same pair of glasses I had gotten from an online eyewear retailer 2 years ago and it was the exact same pair. Instead of getting just new lenses. I opted for new frames instead for about $100 or more for the difference. Rime was a professional and had processed my transaction very quickly and took my measurements for the glasses. Processed my direct billing for insurance and transaction in little under several minutes. It was a very smooth and efficient experience which I appreciated. Rime was excellent at customer service. She had approached me again similar to the first time as she did recall who I was from the earlier interaction a week prior. I would definitely be returning to this location due to the speed, accuracy and seamless process.

  5/5 Zeeshan was very helpful I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters! I came in with an issue with my surgical glasses, and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They fixed them for me completely free of charge, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!

  Went in needing new nose pieces for glasses. Woman was very professional and did the job immediately. When job completed I inquired about price and was told it was complimentary. Very good service and will be coming back for new specs.

  I’ve been bringing my kids to this eyeglass shop for years, and we’ve purchased glasses here three different times. Every single experience has been wonderful. The quality of the eyeglasses is outstanding, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff are always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve visited and compared several optical shops in Ottawa, and this one is by far the best. They consistently provide excellent value without sacrificing quality, and I always leave feeling confident that my kids are getting the best care and the best products. This shop truly deserves five stars. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without any hesitation. If you’re looking for high-quality eyeglasses, affordable prices, and people who genuinely care about their customers, you won’t be disappointed.
