Eva was the best help ever! I went to 5 different places and they couldn't help with my broken frames. Eva managed to fit my old lenses into new frames (which look great), took the time to fit them, and gave me a great price. Thanks Eva !!

Having worn glasses for many decades, I can work confidence say this branch of LensCrafters is far and away the best for both customer service and skills in glasses adjustment. Even though I bought my glasses at another LensCrafters, they happily adjust my glasses perfectly, as needed. They answered all my questions and seamlessly help the customers as they arrive. Thanks!

I had a very good experience at LensCrafters in the downtown Ottawa when I bought my glasses three days ago. Sofia was friendly and professional, and she recommended a few frames that suited me. She also helped me choose the lenses and explained the options clearly. I had quite a few questions, and she was patient and answered them all. I really appreciated her help and professionalism. She made the whole process easy and comfortable. Thank you, Sofia!
