  Zahra was absolutely amazing! She helped both my husband and me find the perfect glasses and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and really took the time to understand what suited each of us best. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable she was about choosing frames for our individual face shapes. She pulled options we probably wouldn’t have chosen on our own, and somehow knew exactly what would look best on each of us. We never felt rushed or pressured — she genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and confident with our choices. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and has a great eye for what suits you, definitely ask for Zahra. We couldn’t have had a better experience and absolutely love the glasses we chose!

  😍😍I had a really great experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Zara! She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Her customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how kind and professional she was.   I would give 0 stars if I can. I made a purchase on September 15 and was told my order will be ready in 7-10 business days. I haven’t gotten a call or text back so I decided to give them a call to get an update. First of all, it takes about 5-10 calls and about 15-20 mins on hold before you get to someone at any time of the day. On September 28 I called and was advised by the person on the phone that my glasses will be delivered that day and I never got a call back. It is now September 30 and I called when the store opened and was told my glasses will be delivered today and would get a call back (same false information as Sept 28). I am currently trying to speak to someone for an update in the afternoon on Sept 28 and I am being put on hold for 15+ minutes with the call disconnecting and it is impossible to speak to someone. Horrible customer service due to long wait times, endless phone tag and false communication regarding the shipment/delivery of orders. I have a very high prescription so it’s more of a struggle that I don’t have my glasses yet and not getting an honest update on delivery is frustrating. Do not recommend this location to anyone.

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Oshawa Centre, thanks to Zahra! She was absolutely amazing—so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She created such a comfortable and welcoming environment while we took our time choosing our frames, and she was never pushy at all. Zahra also took the time to explain the different payment options and helped us find the best payment plan for us. Her patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and we truly appreciated all her help. Thank you, Zahra, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Oshawa Mall, and a big part of that was thanks to Bano and her exceptional customer service. Bano was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to help my husband and me choose the right glasses and lenses, taking the time to explain our options and make sure we could make an informed decision. Her personalized approach made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. We were both extremely satisfied with the glasses and lenses she recommended. I had previously purchased my glasses from Costco, but after this experience, I was genuinely impressed by the combination of brand selection, value, and personalized service at LensCrafters. A special thank you to Bano for making such a positive difference in our experience. She is truly an exceptional associate and a great asset to the LensCrafters team. We’ll definitely be returning!
