  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Pearle Vision – Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket My wife and I recently visited Pearle Vision at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife had an appointment for her eye examination, and I went along to order my Oakley Meta glasses. During our visit, my wife also decided to take advantage of the available offers and ordered two pairs of glasses. I would especially like to recognize Reshma Shibu, Optometric Assistant, for her exceptional customer service. She was absolutely amazing! She helped us from the very beginning until we were completely satisfied with our choices. We spent almost 1–1.5 hours there because there was such a great selection, and Reshma was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was that she genuinely listened to what we wanted, gave us her honest opinions, suggested options that suited us, and made sure everything stayed within our budget. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices. I have visited several optical stores before, but I have never experienced this level of welcoming and personalized customer service. It was clear that Reshma genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply making a sale. A huge 5-star rating for Reshma and the entire Pearle Vision team! 👏⭐ Thank you, Pearle Vision, for having such a wonderful employee representing your organization. Reshma, thank you so much for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You made our experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision at Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket, especially because of the outstanding customer service we received. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️
