  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. My daughter’s glasses had become badly bent after she accidentally slept on them, and they were no longer fitting properly. Yookyunge was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though the glasses were purchased in another country and not from this store, she took the time to carefully adjust them. She tried them on my daughter several times to make sure they fit her face perfectly and were comfortable. She fixed them beautifully and didn’t charge us anything for the service. I truly appreciate Yookyunge’s kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Yookyunge! We are very grateful. ❤️

  I went into LensCrafters to ask them to tighten my glasses for me because every time I looked down, my glasses were falling off. Ale was extremely personable and helpful. He didn’t only tighten his screws, but he adjusted the glasses with a better curve on the arms so that they absolutely fit perfectly now. Thank you so much!!!

  My glasses broke last night, thank god I had a spare pair. The spares had my old prescription. Went to lens crafters today to see if they can change the lenses and they did! It took less than 5 minutes! Thank you Zore for your help! I hope you have a wonderful day because you made mine!

  We had a wonderful experience with Lenscrafters Newmarket. I have a very strong prescription and eye disease. They were able to accommodate what was needed to help the issues i am experiencing and went above and beyond. Proven was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional as well as understanding and sympathetic to my particular health issues. I highly recommend this location. They have a wide selection of frames and offer a wide range of prices for every budget. Thank you again Praveen for your help.
