Zora has an incredible eye for style, a wealth of product knowledge, and a genuinely warm and patient personality. She took the time to help me find the perfect pair, ensuring they not only looked great but fit comfortably too. It’s rare to find such dedicated and attentive customer service these days.   I’ve purchased all of my prescription glasses from the Upper Canada Mall LensCrafters location for the last 6-8 years. They’ve got great selections, and better yet, they have EXCELLENT customer service. Just now I came in to get the “nose guards” (what I call them) replaced on my glasses and Joyce was very quick to help me out and get them replaced immediately. Not even a 5 min wait! Come check them out! They’ll treat you well and make sure you get exactly what you need!
