To those thinking about going here I wouldn’t recommend it. I walked in the store ready to either get my eyes checked or make an appointment but with in 5 secs of walking into the store I felt all eyes on me followed with dirty or disgusted looks I step a few feet in when unfortunately timing my spacer fell out. When I asked for a napkin and hand sanitizer to clean it and sterilize my spacer the whole time I’m being watched like a hawk and judged the whole time I was in i didn’t bother staying as the whole stuff was rather rude and that is honestly disgusting. Im shocked by the reviews and how many people also seen or experienced similar behaviour from the staff. With all due respect they need to be trained or re-trained. Also they where all standing at the desk on there phones and what not even remotely looking like they want to help you. The store needs to let a lot of people go and hire people that actually care or want to help not ‘em stuck up overly privileged undercooked unseasoned chicken…
I’m not gonna bother filling that form out as I know it only results in a slap of the wrist for everyone and that isn’t gonna to cut it for me respectfully.

Dealing with LensCrafters Bayshore was a complete nightmare. I don’t even know where to start. I wanted lightweight glasses. What I was sold were not lightweight. When I picked them up I was just handed the glasses case and expected to go on my way without trying them on. I actually had to ask for the staff member to sit down with me to try them on and do initial adjustments. I bought the thinnest lenses offered and these glasses were painful and unwearable something I’ve never experienced before. I tried asking for help. Asking for recommendations or other frames. I was met with attitude and excuses everything from ‘you’ll get use to them’ or ‘maybe it’s your nose’ once they had my money they did not care. I ended up going with to LensCrafters is St. Laurent. I found out I was sold glasses that did not have thin lenses even though I had paid for them. Apparently the Bayshore store has a terrible reputation for making these kinds of mistakes. The St. Laurent store didn’t have a great selection so I ended up returning my glasses in the end. Frustrating experience from start to finish.

Had a great experience at LensCrafters Bayshore while picking up my new glasses. The service was excellent from start to finish, and both the pre-sales and post-sales support have always been outstanding.
A special thank you to Jude, the store manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers are well taken care of. Friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to great service. Highly recommended!
Please Read Fully – Feedback About an Excellent Experience With Harneet and a Concern Regarding Another Interaction
I recently had my glasses done at the LensCrafters Bayshore location, and I wanted to specifically recognize Harneet for her excellent service.
She was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She gave honest advice about which frames suited me best and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. She truly gave me the positive experience and professionalism I have always associated with LensCrafters.
I have been a loyal customer with your company for more than 12 years, and employees like Harneet are the reason customers continue coming back. I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized and appreciated.
I also wanted to mention that my initial interaction with another employee at the neighboring desk was unfortunately disappointing. I personally felt that I was being profiled or judged based on my appearance, as though he assumed I was not serious about purchasing or perhaps not a valuable customer. The interaction was not welcoming and honestly almost made me leave the store before making a purchase.
Thankfully, Harneet stepped in with professionalism, respect, and genuine customer care. She completely changed the experience and restored my confidence in the store. She is also aware of the employee I am referring to because I mentioned the situation to her during my visit.
It is unfortunate because experiences like that can easily push loyal customers away, while employees like Harneet are exactly why customers continue returning to LensCrafters year after year.
I kindly ask that Harneet be recognized for her outstanding customer service, and that the conduct and approach of the other employee also be reviewed to ensure all customers feel welcomed, respected, and valued regardless of appearance
Thank you.
