She is very knowledgeable and attentive, and she takes the time to listen and think carefully about how to provide appropriate advice. I really appreciated her patience, thoughtfulness, and the genuine care she brought to the experience. She has a wonderful way of connecting with customers and building trust, and I genuinely felt that she put a great deal of care and effort into helping me — almost as though she was even more invested in the experience than I was.   Such an amazing experience! I’m honestly one of the pickiest shoppers and can take forever to decide, but Abnoor was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, while giving such thoughtful recommendations. Her service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. And my glasses turned out GREAT! I absolutely love them! 🥹 You can really tell she cares about her customers. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond for their customers! ✨

  We had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision, thanks to Zaynab. She was incredibly kind, patient, warm, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs, patiently explained the different options, and helped us choose a great option with a very good plan. Zaynab was so helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy with our choice. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.   I recently visited the Pearle Vision eye testing center in Squareone Mall and, while we appreciate the service we’ve received in the past, our latest experience left us quite disappointed. During our three-hour visit, we were surprised to find that the facility did not offer drinking water. When we inquired about getting some for both my daughter and myself, we were told they had no cups or water dispensers available. Instead, we were directed to go to the mall or Walmart to purchase drinks. This was not only inconvenient but also quite surprising given the basic expectations of a health-related facility. While the staff was polite and professional, the lack of simple amenities like drinking water made our visit less comfortable than it should have been. I hope they can address this issue in the future to enhance the experience for their patients.
