  I was nervous coming in not knowing what to expect. Dr. Noor was very clear and concise and helped me identify the issue and equip me with tips to better my vision. Abnoor was super friendly and helped me pick out my frames and explain everything I needed to know moving forward. Overall an amazing easy visit!

  I had a wonderful shopping experience purchasing my new eyeglasses, thanks to Joey. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Joey took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the selection process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great eyewear shopping experience.

  Jelivet helped me find my glasses and was so sweet and patient! I spent the whole day going to different shops so I could find something similar to an old pair I lost, and even with my specific tastes, she narrowed it down perfectly.

  I had my eye exam here last year and recently returned only to ask for my PD (Pupillary Distance) measurement. Instead of helping, I was told they would only measure my PD if I purchased glasses from them. This was very disappointing. After paying for an eye exam, I expected better customer service and at least some assistance with a simple measurement. It felt like the focus was on making another sale rather than helping a previous customer. I believe there are better optical shops in the mall that value customer service more. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  I am impressed with my experience at the Pearle Vision Square One location! Finding glasses for a small face can be challenging. My optician Zainab was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She was generous with her time and made sure I found the perfect frames and lenses colour. Closing out was seamless, and I had no stress as she handled the insurance. I would highly recommend!
