I had a great experience at LensCrafters recently thanks to Jasmeet. He was very attentive and knew what I was requesting despite my inability to properly convey my message. All the associates were occupied but he was able to tend to those around to hear them out and to let them know he will help them shortly. Truly a great experience and he was very willing to work with the criteria I set, which was appreciated.

Francesca was absolutely amazing! I believe there’s an “h” somewhere in the spelling of her name, but trust me she’s the one to go to! She was funny, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even sat with me while I sorted out an issue with my insurance and spoke directly with the provider representative to help get everything resolved. I already have my own optometrist, but I’ll definitely continue coming to Francesca whenever I need new frames or updates to my prescriptions. Excellent customer service and such a great experience!

The optician was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. His name is Ashudeep. From the minute I walked into LensCrafters in Square One I felt I was welcomed and on the right place to get my prescription glasses. I’m very picky and he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had options. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. He was friendly, kind, and genuinely interested in helping me find what was right for me. It was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend their service to others. Looking forward to my new prescription glasses! Thank you, Ashudeep!

I wish I could give -5 star ratings. I genuinely struggle to understand how a business can operate with such an astonishing lack of professionalism and still expect customers to return. My wife and I purchased prescription sunglasses from this store, trusting that we were paying for quality products and competent service. Instead, we were treated to an experience that can only be described as an exercise in frustration, disappointment, and complete disregard for the customer. We were forced to wait over two months for the frames. Even after that unreasonable delay, the ordered frame still hadn't arrived. Rather than admitting failure and providing a proper solution, we were handed what appeared to be an old display frame. After waiting for months, this was apparently considered an acceptable substitute. The problems didn't stop there. The prescription lenses were not even cut to fit the frame properly, leaving oversized lenses that reflected an astonishing lack of quality control. It is difficult to comprehend how such work could pass any professional inspection before being handed to a paying customer. My own frame was also improperly aligned, making the glasses uncomfortable to wear. Prescription eyewear is not a fashion accessory that can simply "look okay"—it is something people wear every day. Comfort, fit, and precision are fundamental, yet this store failed at the basics. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff and management. The store manager and employees displayed a level of indifference that bordered on complete apathy. Everything moved at a painfully slow pace, there was little sense of ownership, and absolutely no urgency despite months of delays. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they took it upon themselves to explain how to wear sunglasses, as though I had never owned a pair in my life. Being spoken to in such a condescending manner after enduring months of incompetence was almost insulting. The most frustrating part is that my wife and I effectively wasted our insurance benefits on products that are poorly fitted, poorly assembled, and nowhere near the quality we paid for. Insurance coverage is not an unlimited resource, and because of this store's negligence, we are now left with eyewear that we are unhappy wearing and benefits that cannot simply be reclaimed. This entire experience reflects a business that appears to have lost sight of the most basic principles of customer service: honesty, accountability, craftsmanship, and respect. Delays can happen. Supply issues can happen. Mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is pretending that inferior products, display frames, poor workmanship, and dismissive customer service are somehow acceptable outcomes. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for prescription eyewear. If you value your time, your money, your insurance benefits, and your peace of mind, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. This experience was not merely disappointing—it was embarrassing for a business that claims to provide professional optical services. I sincerely hope management takes responsibility, acknowledges how badly this situation was handled, and provides a full refund rather than expecting customers to simply accept such an unacceptable standard of service.

I purchased a pair of glasses from you guys on June 25, 2026. I chose LensCrafters over another store because I was told my glasses would be ready the next day, which was important as I was leaving for vacation. When I returned the following day to have the glasses adjusted, I immediately noticed that I was seeing double. It became apparent that the measurements taken for the lenses were incorrect, meaning the glasses could not be properly fitted as intended. I was told that they would need to be redone, and since I was leaving for Montreal, I was assured that the new pair would be shipped to me there. Today is July 29, and I have still received neither my glasses nor any meaningful update regarding their status. Over a month has now passed since my purchase. What I find particularly disappointing is the lack of communication and follow-up. I specifically chose this store over another one because I was assured of the quick turnaround time, yet I have now been left waiting for over a month with very little information. This experience has been quite frustrating and unfortunately did not meet the level of service I expected.
