  Azadah Was an absolute joy to deal with ! Ray Ban was providing me with terrible customer service and inspite of it not being LensCrafters problem, azadah helped me throughout every step of the way and guided me far more than she would ever need too. Managers like this is what make a company great ! Thank you so much 🙏

  Our experience at LensCrafters Erin Mills went above and beyond from the moment we stepped into the store. Shiv greeted us warmly and promptly. She truly listened to our preferences when choosing frames for glasses and sunglasses. Shiv’s kindness and professionalism was clear throughout our entire time in the store. The direct billing to our insurance provider was also an amazing bonus and super convenient. Everything went super smoothly and we will be choosing LensCrafters Erin Mills for our future glasses hunting needs.

  I dropped by and they were kind enough to adjust sunglasses for me that I hadn’t purchased from the store! Chona was kind, quick and so knowledgeable on frame basics for my sunglasses and gave me great me tips on caring for them in the future.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly in this store. I got a new pair of glasses with them couple of months ago and they were ready quicker than expected. Then my glasses got off balanced and Amy was very kind to get them aligned for me at no extra cost and very quick. I definitely will be coming back in the future!

  Despite the store being extremely busy, "Shiv" took the time to help me choose the perfect frame with incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She never made me feel rushed and provided thoughtful recommendations that made the decision so much easier. Her outstanding customer service truly stood out and made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend her and sincerely appreciate all her help!
