  I had a total nightmare happen where I lost my only glasses and couldn’t go to work without them and I came right before closing and shiv was able to make sure that I got my glasses for tomorrow evening meanwhile every other place and even other LensCrafters locations told us it will be up to 2 weeks wait. I was stressed and anxious about possibly losing my brand new job due to this sudden thing and not another person was helpful at any of the places we tried they were dismissive and just said you have to wait two weeks that’s it there’s no work around but shiv worked hard to figure out a perfect solution. She is an amazing asset to your team

  This is about lens crafters at Erin mills shopping Mall …. Amy was exceptionally talented and wonderful with customer service and overseeing my sunglasses to have them fixed. She took the time to explain how the glasses were made and even made recommendations to better secure and maintain the sunglasses in order to not have them break again. It’s a great feeling when you are looked at in such short notice. If anyone ever needs repairs or to purchase something come to LensCrafters.

  I recently visited LensCrafters Erin Mills to purchase glasses for my father, and we had an excellent experience. Harpreet was wonderful to work with—she was thorough, patient, and took the time to help us find the right pair of glasses while also helping us save money. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the process easy and stress-free. I was so impressed with the service that I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses for myself as well. The rest of the team was equally warm, courteous, and efficient, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout our visit. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service. Thank you to Harpreet and the entire team for such a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

  I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters Erin Mills location in Mississauga. I purchased four pairs of sunglasses(me&wife) and was told they would be ready in two weeks. Upon inspection, I noticed that one sunglass appeared to be a display model from the shelf rather than a new product and other one is damage. We raised my concern with the store manager, who assured me that a new replacement would be ordered. Damage one got replaced after a week. About a week later, we were contacted again, but when we returned to the store, it was the same display model. The staff then informed us that it was the only one available in stock and offered a $50 discount to accept it. I declined because I expected to receive a new item as purchased. What disappointed me most was not just the delay, but the lack of clear communication and the repeated attempts to provide a display model instead of the new product that was purchased. I hope the store improves its customer service, inventory management, and communication with customers in the future.

  Honestly a top tier prescription eyewear spot, great service. It was my second time getting glasses here. I was helped by Chona during my visit, she was super helpful throughout the whole process. I came in looking for Meta glasses and she really listened to all of my wishes and concerns and helped me pick the right frame shape, colour, lens type, all while letting me test them extensively to ensure I am happy with my choice. The other girls working there were also awesome and they were helping us choose the best lens colours to match the frame and style that suits me. Overall just a really smooth, enjoyable experience. While not being so budget friendly as other prescription eye wear stores, the selection is extensive and you definitely get the quality and care that you pay for.
