  I had a very positive experience with Dr. Zaid Chaudhry and Associates. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Chaudhry took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming.   I had a great experience with Dr. Chaudhry. The clinic has very good and modern equipment, and I was impressed with how thorough and professional the examination was. Dr. Chaudhry was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this ophthalmologist to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate eye care.

  Very disappointing experience with the optometrist office at LensCrafters Square One. When I walked in back in May, everything was fine and I was promptly referred to an ophthalmologist. However, my follow-up appointment in July with the same doctor was cancelled last minute. I was told I could see a different doctor, but was then charged an additional fee because she wasn’t the original doctor I saw. I booked another follow-up in September, only for that doctor to cancel again. With a busy work schedule, it’s frustrating to arrange your time around confirmed appointments only to have them cancelled last minute. After the second cancellation, I said I would call back when I was ready to reschedule. Then I suddenly received a call about an appointment scheduled for the following day that I never booked. Based on my experience, 2 out of 3 appointments were cancelled. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you value your time and need reliable scheduling.

  I had a wonderful experience bringing my two-year-old daughter, Elliana, for her eye examination with **Dr. Zaid Chaudhry**. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was warm, welcoming, professional, and very child-friendly. I especially appreciated how accommodating the staff were. I was running late with my daughter, and they were very understanding and still made us feel welcomed rather than rushed. The staff were professional, friendly, and engaged wonderfully with Elliana. Their warm approach helped create a comfortable environment for both of us, which makes such a difference when attending appointments with a young child. Dr. Chaudhry was equally patient and accommodating and worked extremely well with my two-year-old throughout the examination. I really appreciated how she adapted the assessment to Elliana’s age by using familiar, child-friendly pictures and objects that she could recognize and respond to, such as a **car, butterfly, and house**. This kept Elliana engaged and made the examination feel much more approachable for her. Another part of the appointment that really stood out was the education Dr. Chaudhry provided around **preventative vision care**. She recommended approximately **60 minutes of outdoor time each day** and discussed the importance of creating a healthy balance between near and far activities, particularly when spending time indoors. I appreciated receiving practical recommendations that I can incorporate into Elliana’s daily routine as she continues to grow and develop. Overall, this was a very positive experience. From the accommodating and welcoming staff to Dr. Chaudhry’s patience, knowledge, and ability to connect with a two-year-old, I felt that Elliana was treated with genuine care and attention. I would highly recommend **Dr. Zaid Chaudhry and the team**, especially to parents looking for a professional, patient, and child-friendly environment for their little one’s eye care.
