  Had a really fruitful and satisfactory visit to Pearle Vision and Dr. Shekari and Associates for an eye test and consultation with Dr. Michelle Zhang. The whole experience was handled very well from the moment I walked in. The front desk was helpful and managed to fit me in on a busy Sunday, and I didn’t have to wait more than about 15 minutes. The associate who helped me with the initial eye assessment was also very polite and helpful. Dr. Zhang was very helpful. I have some ongoing concerns with my eyes, and she didn’t just do the examination and move on. She took the time to listen to my questions, explain things properly, discuss the possible specialist treatments and referrals, and most importantly, lay out a practical long-term plan. She was also very honest about what needs attention now, what can wait, and the costs involved. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which I really appreciated. I also had a very good experience with GB, who helped me with the frames. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, suggested frames based on my face and preferences, and gave me a clear quote without pushing me into anything. The facility is well equipped and clearly quite busy, but the staff managed the flow very well. I liked that someone was always available to guide me from one step to the next. Overall, I left feeling comfortable and, more importantly, much clearer about what I need to do going forward. I’m definitely looking forward to a follow-up and continuing with them. Good experience with both the optical store and the medical team.

  I had a great experience at Dr. Shekari and Associates! The doctor was very kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
