  I had a really great experience at LensCrafters. The service was excellent, and they helped me find a pair of glasses that I really liked. Keer was especially helpful, kind, and patient throughout the whole experience. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend them!

  Joyce was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. There was another helpful lady there but I don’t remember her name. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered helpful recommendations without being pushy, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. We stayed for over an hour trying to figure out what we wanted but never once felt rushed. Walked in just wanting reading glasses and walked out with reading glasses and sunglasses! So happy with my purchases and will definitely be back.

  The customer service is incredible and quick. The providers in the store were knowledgeable and friendly, very personalized in their service and very kind. I had questions that were answered with patience and compassion. Very warm and friendly people.

  We purchased four pairs of glasses about six months ago and recently had a small issue with one of them. Keer provided us with excellent service today and fixed the issue for us. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you, Keer, for the wonderful service! Highly recommended.

  I had such a great experience thanks to Aida today. I went to the store because I needed to return an item, but the return process had to be completed online. Unfortunately, I wasn’t receiving the email with the return instructions or shipping label, so I didn’t know what to do. Aida was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue and stayed with me until everything was sorted out. Even though it wasn’t a simple situation, she never rushed me and remained friendly and understanding the whole time. Thanks to Aida’s persistence and willingness to help, I finally received my return label and was able to complete my return successfully. Her excellent customer service made what could have been a very frustrating experience so much easier. Thank you, Aida, for going above and beyond to help me. Employees like you truly make a difference, and I really appreciate your kindness and dedication!
