  I purchased Rayban frames for my corrective lenses thinking I would be the one to scratch a lense or bend a frame and need a replacement in a year, but no the frames gave out in under a couple months each time. I have had to replace the frames 3 times in under a year. unfortunately for me at $50 each time. I have never had such a negative experience with any frame I have ever purchased in 40 years. Perhaps Rayban is not the quality I used to think they were. The workers at LensCrafters very nice and courteous.

  Ellie was AMAZING! I went to 4 stores before hand and they all said there was nothing they could do, until I came here and Ellie was able get my glasses fixed in a matter of minutes

  I was impressed by how attentive, friendly, and helpful the salesperson (Kirsty) who assisted me. After looking for frames at 3 different stores, I finally found a perfect frame for me. I highly recommend this store.

  The very friendly staff at LensCrafters helped me resolve an issue with my new Ray-Ban prescription glasses that suddenly stopped working. Ray-Ban covered the cost to replace them with a new pair. Thank you, LensCrafters and Ray-Ban for assisting me through the warranty process. When the new pair arrives, they even offered to help me connect it to my phone. :) Excellent customer service.

  Rachel helped me today when I came in to buy two sets of glasses. Her friendly approach, bubbly personality and willingness to get it right was appreciated. Also love that Lens Crafters direct bills. So easy.
