  I had an AMAZING experience at LensCrafters today! The person who helped me was Michael, and he was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he incredibly helpful in finding me a new pair of frames after I accidentally broke my old ones, but he managed to find a pair that looked exactly like my old ones—even though they had an original design and came in a variety of colours! He was also incredibly prompt in switching my lenses into the new frames, so within 10 minutes, I had my glasses back! What a relief! LensCrafters is the only place where I purchase my glasses, and it’s the only place I will recommend. Every single time, I have a great experience.   I came in today - last minute, with no appointment - hoping desperately that they would be able to find me some frames since both my main pair and spare pair of glasses had both fallen apart. They went above and beyond and managed to find several pairs that would work and immediately put my lenses in for me. I will absolutely be using them going forward for everything - they are absolute life savers. Thank you again so much!
