  Isabella was amazing! She was so helpful from start to finish. She helped me pick out frames that fit my face and made sure I felt confident that they looked good on me. She was so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her taking the time to help me find the perfect pair.   Great service and experience. The associate, who I just realized I did not get the name of, was super helpful and recommended a great pair of frames that I was very happy. He sat with me and helped me through all the recommendations and tips. Katherine was also very helpful with the benefits process. Store has good selection of frames at fair prices.

  Sales representative, Franklin assisted in fixing a screw that fell out of my glasses on the spot. Even though I brought my glasses over 12 months ago, no questions asked. 10 minutes later I was on my way with the glasses back intact. Thanks Franklin!
