I recently purchased sunglasses at this location. The optician was very helpful and quickly helped me to find what I was looking for within my price range. Thank you.
Today, I popped in to have the frames of my regular glasses adjusted as they got bent during some recent travel. Katherine Dietrich was so friendly and efficient. Great experience. Katherine has been providing excellent service to me and my family for many years. It's always a pleasure.

I had an excellent experience at this store. Katherine was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me choose the right glasses and made sure everything was perfect.
She also went above and beyond to help me receive my glasses much sooner than expected, which I truly appreciated. Her customer service was outstanding, and she genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.
Thank you, Katherine, for your kindness and exceptional service. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent customer care.😊

I have worn glasses for quite a few years but was never happy with my glasses and would only wear them when driving. This time I decided to go to LensCrafters and Franklin helped me chose a design and colour to get, something I would have never thought of getting for myself. These are by far my favourite glasses and I can’t live without wearing them for most of the day! Thank you so much for your help Franklin!

Amazing location. Staff super friendly and answered all questions. They repaired a pair of glasses at free of cost that were not even purchased at the location. I would highly recommend coming to them for all repairs. They did an amazing job same day pick up.
Lacking knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.
Because of the Ontario government buying glasses here is difficult and unnecessarily expensive compared to the rest of the country/world. Does your optometrist provide your “PD”? How long for you blanks to be returned…? 2 weeks… more? What is the cost? Finding a suitable retailer is equally difficult.
I’ve been wearing glasses since the 7th grade. I currently own 10 pairs of brand name frames. Safety glasses for work/sports including backups and some casual. Each pair $500 -800. The costs and time can be exhausting given breakage and prescription updates. My goals are fair price, Customer service and efficiency. I’m a tough customer to please given the amount of money I spend to see clearly. I tried this business because my last supplier had failed.
Initial salesperson was pleasant enough but didn’t know the product. I researched more and returned with questions. The second person I talked with regarding warranty and returns couldn’t answer my questions nor could they provide a solution. After sourcing the frames elsewhere I came looking for lenses. The third staff member made it feel like I was inquiring about a used car. This is a common complaint when I solicit feedback from friends when buying glasses. It’s like the price is a sliding scale depending on the day and how much the retailer thinks they can get from you. An amount was agreed upon and a fitting took place. The pomp and circumstance was with the tech was over the top but was necessary for bifocals and “PD”… remember does your optometrist provide you the “PD”?
Timeline… 2 weeks maybe less. (Due to only a few of lens manufacturers in the COUNTRY, one of which in Ontario!!!) This is where all businesses should “under promise and over deliver!” That’s what happened here. A win!
Next was the tech, pleasant but over bearing, for fitting. More talking then listening. Seemingly passionate and experienced but rushed. Options provided and extras given in kind and a second fitting the next day for adjustments. Again, more talking than listening. At no time was there mention of the bifocals being uneven or symmetrical on one pair. Remember the pomp and circumstance during measurements…! Seemed obvious to me right away. I understand glasses. I’ve been wearing them for 45 years. I thought this was weird but decided to try them anyway and maybe get used to them. A couple of weeks later I couldn’t adjust and went back for replacement. The tech told me, after measuring, the lenses were in spec but offered a replacement.
This is where things are lost to me. A person with passion and expertise should have seen this while installing the lenses to begin with and immediately reordered. It’s their daily job to notice. I’m guessing it’s a “if the customer doesn’t notice or say anything we’ll let it slide” situation. I now would have to return again for replacement?
No thanks , none of my goals were met. Too many simple customer service fails. I’ll pass and keep looking for a suitable provider.
If you don’t really care about or sporadically wear glasses and have time to kill then try this location. Otherwise keep looking.
