  Walked in to see if the store carried contacts and to look into getting a new pair of glasses. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude and immediately shut me down. I was not even given the opportunity to ask about getting new frames. I couldn’t imagine seeking services from a team with that attitude. Certainly not the way to treat prospective customers!

  The ladies at Pearle Vision have always been excellent - with advice, suggestions, and communication - but most recently they went out of their way to help solve a problem. They are truly committed to customer service, and I’m grateful.

  I can't say enough about this place. The service is top notch! I have been coming here for years and I trust them to pick frames for me every single time. The staff are so amazing and very helpful. They make sure you are 100% happy.

  Broke my only pair / glasses and since my reg. Opto. had taken an extra long weekend I dropped into Huntsville's Pearl Vision ... Within an hour they fitted my lenses into a donation pair (which look great!) ... saved my weekend - Thank you again!

  I just wanted to extend a thank you to the team at pearle vision. Its been a stressful time with money and I was caught off guard with an added expense. But their team was quite lovely, so thank you for being pleasant even when I was visibly annoyed for part of the transaction. I appreciate your help and guidance to help get the most affordable option for my daughter.
