  Incredible customer service. They looked up the frame I wanted, saw it was not available in store, so went to Lenscrafters around the corner in the mall to get for me to try on. Super friendly as well!

  Ordered my glasses since Jul 10, thay said would be ready within 10 business days, 15 business days later no call from them, i called myself and absolutely no explanation for them not calling me and no apologies

  I didn’t even buy my glasses here, but when at the mall and I felt the frames needed a minor adjustment. Sneha at the Limeridge Mall location adjusted them and cleaned them and didn’t charge me. Wonderful service. Thank you so much again Sneha.
