  BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE GLASSES FROM THE LENSCRAFTERS WEBSITE! I spent a small fortune on prescription glasses and there's been zero communication. I checked this morning and they delivered my glasses to someone in a completely different city. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, will not order from Lenscrafters again and will be contesting this charge with MasterCard.

  I had a great experience thanks to the excellent service I received from Turaab and Naj. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I really appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail.

  Turaab and the team are truly phenomenal! Upon entering, I was greeted by Turaab, who made the entire frame selection and purchasing process seamless for me. His friendly and kind demeanour immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome in the store. He is veryyy stylish himself and did a fantastic job helping me select a pair that suited me.   I recently bought a new pair of eyeglasses at the LensCrafters Lime Ridge location, and it was an absolutely fantastic in-person experience! I had previously tried shopping online but ran into a few order issues, which made me hesitant. However, Harish and Raseel completely turned things around for me. Both of them were incredibly nice, welcoming, and took the time to inform me thoroughly about all my options. Their exceptional customer service and clear guidance made the process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Harish and Raseel if you want top-tier service!

  My experience at this location was five starts from the moment I walked in. As I walked into the store I was promptly approached and asked if I needed assistance. I was looking for a nice pair of Prada sunglasses. Christopher helped me throughout this process with professionalism and kindness. I will be back to this location!!
