  I went in for an eye exam and after the exam I went in and asked for help ordering online through their site and was immediately dismissed, and told they don't help with anything online. When I reiterated that it was through their site the women told me it didn't matter they wont help.

  Went into LensCrafters to exchange my glasses and was helped by Lina, she was very informative and personable! She answered all my questions and validated any concerns I had. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

  Yen Sr. was lovely and professional. We went to another store close to lenscrafters but chose to buy here for the professionalism. Did not feel like we're being hounded to buy. Amazing store. I wish the collection was a bit bigger, but nonetheless, still a great experience and I got what I needed. Once again Yen Sr. Amazing person.
