  I bought Ray-ban Meta from Guelph lens crafters. Yen was amazing during whole process. She answered my questions very calmly and in detail. If you want to get any glasses go to her, she will take care of you.

  The staff are excellent and very qualified. They helped me with challenging issues with my glasses. I needed special tints recommended by the eye Doctor, due to a concussion They were patient, informative and helped me find the best choices for my eyes. Highly recommend them all. Thank you.

  I didn't have to wait to be helped. On enterring the store I was asked if I knew what kind of frame I was looking for and was directed where I could find it. While I was browsing my husband was also helped with questions he had about his glasses he had purchased previously. When asked I was given advice on which frame suited me best and then the whole process of choosing the right lens for me was very quick. My only complaint is the wait time for receiving my glasses could be up to 2 weeks
