  Thank you for my comprehensive and thorough eye exam today. I learned a lot because Dr. Patel and Natalie explained everything they were doing, answered questions and provided me with professional and friendly service. I did not feel rushed, and left completely satisfied that all my needs were met. I am very impressed and happy.

  I visited this place based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. Doctor Patel was incredibly kind, explained everything thoroughly, and recommended an eye doctor who was right for me. Thanks to him, I had a successful surgery. Even when I visited again after the surgery, the doctor explained the symptoms well, and I was really satisfied.Highly recommended!!

  Excellent service all around. I had realized in the evenings I was not seeing the TV well, which was the first indication I had a couple years ago to get glasses so I decided it was time again. I booked an eye exam to get a new prescription and went in for my appointment. Turns out my eye sight might have been worse than I thought because my appointment wasn't for an additional 3 weeks! The front desk lady was extremely kind and squeezed me in next day despite them booking out for weeks in advance. They even called the next day and offered an additional earlier time slot. I showed up for my appointment and was helped immediately and my eye exam began. The pass off from her to the doctor was also a split second. The appointment never felt rushed despite the efficiency in this office. The doctor asked me a few questions and I could not recall the info. The doctor decided he wanted to start from scratch and do an entire assessment despite my last one being less than 2 years ago. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and very informative in easy to understand language for someone who has no knowledge on the eye. I walked away with eye drops, eye wipes, a new prescription, and a new optometrist office. I have already recommended this office once and will continue to do so. Also, Dr. Patel - get some decorations on that shelf to accompany your lonely plants!
