  I asked for a appointment, the first week of August, as I was concerned over black dot floaters in my left eye. The receptionist stated that is normal and they do not go away. I requested a appointment, the earliest date was the 3rd week in September. The 20 August. I had a black shadow in my left eye, went to the hospital , two days later, I was totally blind in my left eye. My retina totally detached. Kingston Hospital and 2 surgeries later. I have partial vision ??? Black floaters where a warning, so I found out. I would not be in this mess if they got me in right away. I will never go back to Dr. Patels office.
