  With 3 teenagers and 2 adults it was supposed to be time consuming and frustrating but with the help of sales person Fatima, it was really smooth and satisfying.

The quality of the product, the 30 Day Happiness Guarantee and the helpful and knowledgeable staff ensure we will keep coming back. The staff was wonderful. Fatima was extremely helpful helping us to navigate the impressive stock. We appreciated her support and suggestions. Joshua was very helpful answering all our questions about sizing. Altaf thoughtfully stepped in to expedite the process with measurement and payment since we were purchasing two sets of glasses. Finally, we wanted to confirm how “ painless” it was to exercise the Happiness Guarantee when we weren’t happy with one pair of glasses . This is a great store and a great company.

  Listen up you shoppers out there!! I have been a loyal ********** customer as long as I can remember. When I was searching the internet for pictures of the glasses I wanted, other retailers popped up, so I took at the look at their pictures. When I found them, I thought I would ask for their pricing for comparison I was shocked when LensCrafters price was $200 less! Same frames, glasses, and features. Today, I took advantage of their offer, and also found their customer service was excellent in all aspects. My question is, how long has ********** company being taking advantage? Don't hesitate to visit LensCrafters in the Cambridge Mall and meet Carolyn and her staff of professionals!
