  I went to pick up my replacement glasses from this location the store manager switched my brand new pair and deliberately gave me old ones! When you get your Meta glasses don't let them open the box without you there watching over them. When I paired the glasses she gave me the battery percentage and other details were missing no matter how many times I deleted the app. The glasses were also loose and full of scratches I even called them back asking if the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Skylar's were the same size. Also the audio on my glasses stopped working on the right side and eventually the left!

Her excellent listening and customer-service skills ensured my needs and expectations were fully met. Highly recommended!

They were extremely helpful and patient—whenever I asked for suggestions, they stayed right by my side to guide me. They made sure I walked away with the option that was truly best for me. 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

  They adjusted my son’s well worn polo frames without charge. This is our third purchase here in the last year. We love LensCrafters Cambridge, shout out to Inderjot, she’s a real one and so professional. They’ve convinced me there’s nothing like in person service as a reformed online glasses shopper. My adult kors frames are a year old and still going strong vs a pair I ordered online from a third party not lenscrafters that shattered within a few months of purchase and I had to vehemently advocate to get a new pair under warranty after weeks of them telling me my return was in the mail using their prepaid label…
