  I came in today to buy a beautiful pair of glasses and Candice was the biggest help!! She made sure to inform me about a CAA discount which was a big help in cutting down the cost. Super nice and efficient. Highly recommended coming to the mapleview location:)

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! The salesperson who helped me was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in her field. She took the time to listen to what I needed and made the whole process of choosing my glasses so easy and enjoyable. It’s wonderful to receive such great customer service, and I truly felt that I was in very capable hands.   1000/10 ⭐️ Candice was the most helpful, and offered her expertise on choosing the perfect frame, she was so patient as I tried on different styles, explained all the different options for the lenses! If you’re at lens crafters burlington, ask for her to find your perfect frame!

  The asst manager stepped in to assist as my initial visit was with a lovely young lady but I had addl questions and was concerned about the lack of measurements during my visit. Kree called me back and explained a remote process to assist me (I do not live close to the Mapleview location). She called me back again later in the day to complete the process and reconfirm my eyeglass purchase. I’ve dealt with Lenscrafter before for my prior eyeglass and sunglass purchase and my expectations were high and following today’s interaction I would definitely recommend Lenscrafter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I went into LensCrafters because Zevreen told us about the sales prior to us coming , i went in and immediately Mackenzie and Aida came to me we were all excited, Aida was very attentive making sure everything was going smoothly and did it with a great smile and they helped me get my perfect pair of sunglasses . Thank you Zevreen , Mackenzie and Aida see you soon
