  I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Aida. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Aida took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses without feeling rushed. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Aida if you’re visiting LensCrafters

  The lab accidentally broke my original frames, but the Store Manager, Candace, graciously allowed me to select any new frames at no additional cost to me. Although, I had planned to use my own frames, Candace and the LensCrafters store in Maple View Shopping Centre made sure I was completely satisfied. I was very happy with the experience and the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam and or purchasing new glasses.

  Amazing experience. My family and I ordered 3 pairs altogether and the entire experience from start to finish was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. The team made sure we were happy with our purchases and adjustments. A big thank you to Helena for all the help adjusting our frames!

  Laith was very helpful with getting my glasses from the moment we walked in, to the options for frames, transition lenses/ colour, checking my insurance coverage, and up until checkout. He's definitely knowledgeable and was able to answer my inquiries with ease. Will definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Jet while getting my prescription glasses, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jet was incredibly professional, respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. His customer service truly stood out. You can tell Jet genuinely cares about helping customers, and he went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free.
