  One of the nosepads on my glasses broke. Went in to see if I could get a repair or replacement. Even though I hadn't bought my glasses from LensCrafters, the associate let me know they could fixed them for me. It didn't take more than 10 mins, but I was happy to find out they replaced both free of charge. Thank you for the great experience. Cheers!!!
