  Exceptional service at the LensCrafters in Bramlea City Centre. The staff is warm, attentive, and outstanding with senior care and their return policy is refreshingly hassle-free. My 87-year-old mother has been a loyal customer here for years, and it's easy to see why. Priscilla, the store manager, personally guided her to the perfect eyewear with remarkable patience and care.   Had a great experience at LensCrafters! Jeremy was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our choices without making us feel rushed. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Jeremy if you visit this location!

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Bramalea City Centre, thanks especially to Ravneet. She was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who is so welcoming and helpful. Thank you, Ravneet Gosal, for making my experience such a positive one.   I went to LensCrafters on Tuesday, and I’m writing this review to WARN people to do their research before spending their money here. The prices they quoted me were absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to book a basic eye exam, and they were going to charge me $151. I called other places in Brampton and was quoted around $80–$90 for the same type of exam. That’s a huge difference. It got even worse when I asked about prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. LensCrafters quoted me OVER $500 pre taxes just for the prescription lenses. I called around and found two other places in Brampton that quoted me approximately $200 and $250 with taxes included. How do you justify charging over $500 when other places are offering the same type of service for less than half that price? I left feeling like they were more interested in how much money they could get out of me than actually helping me as a customer. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and honestly left a terrible impression. My advice: DO NOT just accept the first price they give you. SHOP AROUND. Call other optical stores, compare prices, and do your research. You could potentially save yourself hundreds of dollars. After seeing the price differences for myself, I definitely won’t be coming back here ever again. I’d rather give my business to a place that offers reasonable pricing and makes me feel like a customer—not a piggy bank
