  Went to the eyedoctor/pearle vision website to book an eye exam. Site advised could not book online for Belleville and to submit online form. Submitted form but got no reply. Called 3 times over the course of 2 days to book an appt verbally, no one picked up. Should not be this hard to book an appt. Been a pretty loyal customer there for a while but it is likely time to try somewhere else.

  Recently purchased new glasses with progressive lenses. I was so happy with the level of professionalism and care that Kate put into my experience. She very clearly educated me on not only what glasses looked best on me, but what types of lenses worked best for someone like myself who has multiple issues with their vision. I am so happy with my entire experience.

  While travelling I accidentally bent one arm of my glasses so badly I couldn’t wear them. Stopped in at Pearle Vision in Quinte mall and they straightened them up for me even though I’m not a customer. Great service, thank you very much!

  Worst customer service you can ever have- I highly recommend not to waste your money on a pair of glasses here if customer service is never a part of it. The women on a wheelchair is rude and not so welcoming- I know if I’m a handicapped I would never be rude like her lol so spend your money elsewhere
