  13 years ago, needing new glasses, I checked out a few places. I was not impressed by the rather poor welcoming as a new customer. The moment I stepped into this Pearle Vision location I was hooked by the friendly and warm welcome and kind customer care by April. 5 years later April had left and I had the blessing to be served by wonderful Hilary. She is just a natural at connecting to clients in ways that makes me feel meeting a friend I haven't seen in years rather than seeing an optition. Needless to mention her excellent expertise and experience to strike a perfect balance between the most suitable lenses and my fixed budget. However....my review also reflects on the whole attentive and kind team that does not promise customer care but DELIVERS.

  The staff are thorough and efficient and pleasant. Even when the store is busy I always feel acknowledged and helped relatively quickly. Great service!

  I went to Pearle Vision right after being completely ignored and brushed off at LensCrafters upstairs, and the difference in service was incredible. I immediately met Shane, who was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to help me choose two pairs of glasses. He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a frustrating experience into such a positive one. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future when my family needs glasses as well. I highly recommend Shane and truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided!
