  I visited LensCrafters at Georgian Mall today looking for assistance, but unfortunately felt overlooked. I approached Jill for help, but she quickly went to the back of the store. Shortly afterward, I noticed another customer who arrived after me being helped promptly. I was also disappointed with the selection. I was shown mainly unisex glasses, whereas Pearle Vision downstairs offered a much larger selection, including dedicated men’s, women’s, and children’s options. Because of the experience, I decided to take my business to Pearle Vision instead. The difference in customer service was night and day. They were welcoming, attentive, and took the time to help me find what I was looking for I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses from them. Based on my experience today, I would recommend giving Pearle Vision a try before LensCrafters at Georgian Mall. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, LensCrafters missed the mark for me today.

  Allen was absolutely fantastic. He was a very very very good example of customer service at its finest. He answered all my questions in a very professional way didn’t make me feel silly whatsoever. Buying designer glasses is very expensive on its own, but after talking with Allen, it was definitely the right choice, after all the work that he put in giving me all of his best knowledge on glasses it would’ve been a terrible decision to walk away And not buy the glasses. Instead, I bought the glasses and I’m so excited to pick them up. Thank you so much Allen for Such a good experience, I will highly be recommending LensCrafters in the Barrie mall to all my friends.

  I spoke with Hannah, the student optician, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to explore different options within my budget. Absolutely phenomenal! She provided great suggestions and made the process of getting prescription sunglasses WAYYYYY easier than I’ve experienced at any other glasses store. 10/10 would recommend LensCrafters and especially Hannah to anyone looking for their next pair of glasses!!

  Bought glasses. Great experience. One pair needed adjustment to reduce sliding after a few months. I dropped in, my glasses were adjusted and they added silicone nose pads. No charge. Excellent service!!!

  A Truly Wonderful Experience We were at Georgian mall couple of days ago and were trying to find the perfect frame and glasses for someone I was assisting. We were really struggling to find a solution for our urgent issue. Then at Lenscrafters, Allen, Amy, and Joyce went above and beyond to help us. They understood our situation & were really patient, kind and showed genuine care towards us. 🙏 We are truly grateful for their combined efforts and compassion. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier ❤️ I highly recommend 👍
