  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. Joyce was incredibly welcoming and made the entire process of purchasing prescription sunglasses and lenses easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She also kindly adjusted the arms of my current glasses, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend LensCrafters and will definitely be recommending Joyce and the store to my family and friends.

  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters in Barrie. The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable especially Joyce and Allen who assisted me. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the right glasses without any pressure. Few months after, my lens had a problem and without hesitation, Joyce and Allen helped me and I’m satisfied with the service. Thank you! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and eyewear.
