  I was greeting by both Cassandra and Andrea. So friendly and helpful with my purchase of new glasses. Great prices but more important the customer service was top notch! Would highly recommend the Alliston location.

  Had a readjustment for my glasses that I purchased at a different store and they had no problem doing this for me! While my husband was purchasing his two pairs of glasses.. I will be back for a new pair shortly!! 😄 So happy

  The LensCrafters store and eye clinic in Alliston has always been staffed by people who go above and beyond to help their customers. All five members of our family wear glasses, and we have been going to this store ever since it opened. The selection is always great and the service is always wonderful! Dr Hung, Marz, Andrea, Cassandra, Amanda - truly all of the Doctors and staff - are so friendly and knowledgeable. If we’ve ever had a fit issue - or any problem with our glasses for that matter - they have stepped up to help. I very much recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone needing glasses!

  I wish I could give 15 stars. The staff here are so friendly. The manager has also been so helpful and knows exactly how to adjust my frames to they have the best fit. The eye doctor helps me fine tune my prescriptions until they are perfect. Recently Gabrielle was a blast to deal with. She gave great frame recommendations and we shared many laughs. I cannot recommend this location and this staff enough 100/100!!!
