  I had a great experience at Pearle Vision in Truro. I would like to recognize Bernitta at Pearle Vision in Truro for providing one of the most positive customer service experiences I have ever had. I stopped by this past Saturday to browse glasses, as I am due for a new pair. As soon as I walked in Bernitta was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuine. Her kindness immediately stood out and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I could have stayed and chatted with her all day her kindness was that warm. Before this experience, I would have said that I had no preference regarding where I purchased my glasses. However, my interaction with Bernitta changed that. She created such a positive impression that I will make a point of choosing Pearle Vision in Truro in the future, specifically in the hope of receiving assistance from her again. I will also make sure I pass this along to as many people as I can in hopes they get assistance from Bernitta as well. It is increasingly rare to encounter someone who is so genuinely kind and approachable in customer service. Truly, the experience made my day. Employees like Bernitta are a tremendous asset to any company. I wanted to take the time to ensure that her exceptional service is recognized and appreciated. She deserves all the praise in the world for the outstanding job she does and for the positive impact she has on her customers. Please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to Bernitta for making what could have been a routine visit for glasses such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

  I had a great experience here! Danny is very knowledgeable, and he and the team are professional and friendly. They have a good selection of glasses to choose from, all in a relaxed environment with no pressure. I will return again in the future!

  Nice, friendly staff - they are attentive and have good knowledge of the different options but also gave us space to make our own choice. Good selection of quality glasses. I will return to this store for my future purchases.

  Outstanding customer service from all employees at this Pearle Vision location. Extremely helpful from the time you first walk through the door to when you are enjoying your new glasses. My wife, daughter, and myself all recently purchased new glasses here and would all highly recommend you do the same if in need of new eyewear.
