  I was waiting in the store for service for over 1/2 hr when I approached a sales associates near closing. He told me he could not assist me because they were closing yet the person who just walked in the store was ushered to a seat. I was extremely disappointed. I was approached when I entered the store and told the associate I was reading to make a decision today. It was my 5th time in the last 6 weeks browsing but the 3rd time in the last week I had came in hoping to purchase. I do not feel comfortable shopping at this store after being a loyal customer for over a decade. I have had really great service in the past but not recently.

  Have never been there but I had an appointment booked for June 19th at 2:30pm and they called me the day before so June 18th and 3:17pm to ask if I can come in earlier as the doctor is leaving early. I said I can’t come in earlier as I worked and booked a specific time off for this appointment. I asked if there is another doctor that can see me and she said no so they would have to reschedule. What terrible service because a doctor has to leave my plans don’t matter? Will never recommend this place to anyone and will always say this is a bad place to go. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. TERRIBLE PEOPLE WITH HOW THEY HANDEL EVERYTHING AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME

  They are very good, try their best to help to fix my glasses even though 10 mins before their shop close, appreciated!!

  Lost my glasses recently and called to arrange eye exam asap they were able to accomodate me same day, the optometrist who did my exam was so through and i trust my new pair are going to aid me and improve my quality of life . The manager assisted me during finding the same pair of frames that I will only wear and ordered them with my prescription, they really do go above and beyond here 💯 I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. I am looking forward to my new pair to be ready to pickup 💞 thank you for such a good experience and answering all my questions.
