  Visited this LensCrafters location today to get my sunglasses fixed. All other locations said they couldn't be fixed or that I'd need to order a new frame. The manager, Adam, was very helpful,dedicated and fixed them within 5 minutes. I'm very happy with the service—they've earned a lifelong customer in me. Thanks, Adam!

  Amazing service at this location! I came in 10 minutes before closing time to see if they could fix a broken pair of semi-rimless glasses. The repair was not simple - it required a complete replacement of the monofilament wire on both sides. I did not expect that this could be done on the same day... However, Niamul took the time to repair them, even though it required him to stay later after closing, and he did not even charge me for the work! Very kind of him, and he clearly went above and beyond to help me.

  Chris is hands down the best worker ever!! He helped pick my glasses and was so helpful with the entire billing process. Would recommend you go get glasses from him!!
