  Avoid this location. I am beyond frustrated with this experience and want to warn anyone considering this location. Let's start with the wait. I stood there for a full 30 minutes before a single employee acknowledged I existed. Then I waited another 30 minutes just to get my name on a list. An hour of my time wasted before anyone even started helping me. When I finally sat down, I worked with a woman named Makayla (spelling may be off). In the span of about a minute, she told me no fewer than four times that my prescription was "really high" and that I would basically have no choice but to buy a specific, more expensive type of frame. I told her directly what my insurance covered and what I was comfortable paying. She kept pushing anyway, and her attitude was condescending and dismissive the entire time. I left the store genuinely upset. That night, out of frustration, I decided to run my own prescription through LensCrafters' own website quote tool. What I found made my stomach drop. The lens the website recommended for my prescription was completely different from what Makayla pushed on me, and hers cost significantly more. She told me my prescription, a -3.75, was the highest she'd ever seen. According to LensCrafters' own tool, that's a moderate prescription. Not extreme. Not rare. Moderate. Going through the online process line by line, it became clear I had been overcharged on nearly everything, all dressed up as her "looking out for me." I felt manipulated and taken advantage of. I was so thrown off that I went to the Kenaston LensCrafters the next day and laid out exactly what happened, both in-store and what I found online. The staff there were genuinely shocked at how wrong and inflated Makayla's quote was. I ended up buying my glasses at that location instead, for less money and with someone who actually gave me straight information. To LensCrafters Polo Park: this was a disorganized, upsell-driven experience from start to finish. I do not trust this location with my eye care, and I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere.

  It was a really good experience. We talked through everything and I got the glasses I wanted! They didn't have some stock in-store, but the website has a camera filter to try different frames on your face. The associate performed very well and was knowledgeable and friendly!

  I bought a VR Beast glasses for gaming. The glasses have an lens inside that I was told to take to local optical like Lens Crafters (this was the one actually recommended by the company) to carve out your prescription on the lens for the VR headset. When I took in there they said the lens was too small for their machine??? So then I looked online and of course I could get one carved out for my lens from China. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for shipping. I think its pathetic that major optical company like Lens Crafters can't do this and yet again I have to rely on China to get the job done.

  I recieved aid immediately after I walked both inside and outside after my eye appointment. Sandra helped me very much with giving me info and support when looking for frames for my new glasses, letting me know about the 20 and under get 50% off and handing me a box to put options of frames I may be interested in. She's so very polite, kind and a great conversation associate. She even tightened my pre existing pair of glasses and cleaned it so well it seemed like I had new glasses already! I had no idea I could come in to get it tightened every once in a while. Everyone in that store gave me aid and were all very kind, thank you again :)

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters Polo Park, thanks to Stephanie (Steffy)! From the moment she assisted me, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear, detailed information, especially when explaining my vision insurance coverage and benefits. She made the entire process of choosing my new glasses easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. What stood out the most was her patience, honesty, and genuine willingness to help. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood all of my options so I could make the best decision. Because of the outstanding customer service I received, I’ll definitely be coming back to LensCrafters Polo Park to get glasses for my husband, and I’ll be asking for Stephanie again. She truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend requesting her if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers.
