  Good experience. The staff was very attentive, patient, and dedicated. If you are looking for quality prescription glasses at a reasonable price, this is the right place. If you are not in a rush and can wait, it is a recommended spot, as delivery can take up to a few weeks.

  Purchased 4 pair of prescription glasses/sunglasses for myself and another 2 for my partner from here within the last 4 years. I’ve purchased warranty for my glasses 100% but my name doesn’t pop up on there end yet I’ve purchased it all? Where did my name magically go along with the extra warranty I purchased on top? Disappeared from their system which is a huge disappointment as I am a repeat customer and have spent thousands here. Would never recommend this LensCrafters for this reason as they have done absolutely nothing to make up for it. Mistake on their end not mine as I have purchased warranty. 0 stars if I could. Will be going elsewhere from here on out. Terrible customer service on top unprofessional unfortunately.

  Fantastic experience! I attended 2 other locations prior to LensCrafters and I wasn’t sold on my options for glasses or the price. Walked into LensCrafters and the staff member Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had style! We found a good frame / style I had wanted but couldn’t find elsewhere. The price was reasonable and during checkout Mike looked for ways to help get me the best deal! $318.00 for my frame, lens, 1yr of protection warranty, plus the various antiglare and blue light coating. Another company wanted $600-$700+ for the same thing. In a world where everything is expensive I found this to be an affordable option and a great deal seeing that my Insurnace basically covered everything. Highly recommend LensCrafters! Will for sure tell my colleagues and friends about them! They definitely have a loyal customer moving forward! Also shout out to Mike! As noted above, dude is helpful, knowledgeable, has style, and was fun to work with! Made the overall experience enjoyable!
