Went into the store to try on few sunglasses to select a good frame for my face . Extremely happy with the advice , suggestions & super friendly service provided by the employee “Gurleen” ( Sorry if I got the name wrong , but will definitely visit back & will recommend this store to people with similar needs )

We had a terrible experience at this LensCrafters location. We had already selected a pair of smart glasses and were fully prepared to purchase them, but the staff repeatedly ignored us. We actually were ready to purchase two pairs. We stood waiting with the product in hand while multiple employees walked past without acknowledging us, offering help, or even making eye contact.
It’s disappointing to be ready to spend money and be disregarded so openly. We left without buying anything, and we won’t be returning. There are plenty of other optical retailers that actually value customers.

If you’re at the Park Royal location, lucky you if Fatima is available. She listens well, has a great eye for what suits you, is honest in her assessment and together you reach the best choice for you. I have had excellent service and outcomes for sunglasses and regular glasses, both with prescription lenses.
I wanted to pay for my mom's glasses as her birthday present this month. Were both status. We get our glasses here. We drive in from HOPE because of the service we used to get. They refused to allow me to pay for her glasses with my card. Stating is not my order. Since when is that a thing ?
Ill be spending our whole families money elsewhere.

Super rude.
I visited this store to order a frame and genuinely wanted to make a purchase. I spent time selecting a frame and simply asked for help making sure I ordered the correct size and lenses based on my eye exam prescription.
Unfortunately, the person assisting me (who appeared to be the owner) was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Instead of providing guidance, she made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience.
The experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave rather than place my order there.
I don’t recommend this store based on my experience.
