  I can’t say enough good things about Trevor and his team at Pearle Vision. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Trevor and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers! From the lovely lady who helped choose and fit my sons glasses, I am sorry I can’t remember her name, she took time and had patience as my son selected all his choices, she explained things clearly and was just great! What stood out most was their outstanding customer service. Every question and concern was addressed promptly. Their communication was excellent, with timely responses and a level of attention that is hard to find these days. The entire team goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. It's clear they take pride in providing the highest level of care, service and products! I would highly recommend Trevor and his team to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for such a positive experience!

  The service we received at Pearle Vision was amazing. We were given time to explore the eyeglass frames and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. When we made our decision, Carol Anne was so efficient and answered all of our questions. She also was very thorough with the eye measurements which was reassuring. Overall, she made the experience enjoyable and we left feeling like our business was appreciated.

  What a great experience at Pearle Vision Hillside Mall! Professional, expert and great deals available. Carol was amazing! So many designer frames to choose from as well. I will be using them again ... and again.
