Thank you to Kunal Chakravarty for excellent customer service. His team helped me place my order, and the order arrived very quickly. Kunal installed my new lenses like a pro, all while the scheduled fire alarm testing was going on. Kunal remained cool the whole time. Got me on my way safely and expeditiously!!!
Lenscrafters should be very proud of all the staff with whom I interacted today.

Madhav did a wonderful job in assisting me my first time in. Listened, understood my needs, and gave me a quick solution.
Great service! They helped me change a noisy brake pad and provided excellent assistance throughout the process. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.
I visited this LensCrafters location twice to inquire about and purchase prescription glasses. While the staff appeared professional, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received.
On both visits, I felt that I was not given the same attention or assistance as other customers. It seemed as though staff were selective about whom they chose to help, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way I was looked at and assisted gave me the impression that assumptions were being made about whether I could afford the products, which was quite intimidating.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and offered the same level of service regardless of appearance. I hope management will address this issue and ensure that all customers receive a welcoming and inclusive experience.

DO NOT TRUST -- be VERY careful about what the staff say here, and take it with a grain of salt/always get a second opinion!
The lens popped out of my glasses today, so I went in to Lenscrafters to get it fixed -- a fairly easy repair involving replacing a screw, I thought. The staff member behind the desk looked at the frames and insisted that the metal of the frame itself had snapped, and that they could not be repaired (though he did do a "temporary" repair at my request, putting in a long screw to hold the frame together). The frame in question had been discontinued and a replacement wasn't available in their system, which I was quite sad about as I really did like those frames. The guy said that ordering a new pair was really the only option, and quoted me a price for a new pair.
I wasn't ready to do that just yet, so I decided to check around to see if anyone had those frames or at least an equivalent frame those lenses could fit into. I went over to Optiks at Uptown...long story short, the guy at Lenscrafters had no idea what he was doing and his "repair" was utterly inexpert. Within five minutes I had my glasses back with a new screw in them as good as new! I know where I'm going the next time I have glasses trouble!!!
Very disappointed as I've always had good experience with Lenscrafters before, but that could have been a VERY expensive mistake on their part (my prescription is very high, which means new lenses cost a fortune). They lost my trust today.
