I dropped by Lenscrafter on 41st recently to replace my reading glasses. Jas worked with me the first time I moved to the neighbourhood and needed glasses and a few weeks ago I was fortunate to work with her again and it was like coming home . Her knowledge, taste , and attention to detail are top of the line. I should also mention that in general the Lenscrafter staff provide great customer service . Happy to endorse them.

I went here today for my eyes to be checked and to get a new pair of glasses. The optometrist was wonderful and the women up front who helped me with picking out and buying the glasses was phenomenal. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend their services.

Worked with Jack to sort out my nine year old son’s prescription glasses. Jack was patient, explained the process extremely well and was very knowledgeable in the types of lenses that would work. Erik and Jack were kind enough to discount a clubmaster kids Rayban that my son loved. Ten stars for the care and service we received from Jack and Erik at Len Crafter Kerrisdale
