  I have been very impressed by the way that For Eyes by Clearly stands behind their glasses. They have twice fixed my glasses when an arm has come loose, even after much time has passed from my purchase. They are consistently helpful and friendly, and it is so appreciated. Special thanks to Dawson for recently fixing my reading glasses!

  I had such a wonderful experience here today! I walked in for an eye exam, and the entire staff was incredibly professional, kind, and considerate. They performed so many thorough tests. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had this many exams done at any other eye care centre. Doctor Kavian took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the results. I never felt rushed at all. Everyone was friendly and attentive from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!

  Extremely happy with the Customer Service and personal care experienced. I purchased some nice Oakley frames for reading and even though it’s been a few years, they were happy to provide a quick and ingenious repair!

  I had a great experience. I came in looking for a pair of glasses but wasn’t sure which ones to choose. The lady at Faze was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect pair and place my order. When my glasses arrived, she provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and very kind throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this place.

  If you try going for an adjustment, they will make you sign a waiver that says that if they break them, they won’t replace them. Can’t believe such a scam is legal. I completely get the risk of breaking them, BUT if you do, have the decency to replace them with a pair from the store, even a cheap one. What they are basically saying is that we can destroy your property that you paid for and you have no right to be upset :) I thanked the employee for his time and left. Respectfully, they will not be getting my business. And please don’t let them convince you (if they try) that this is industry standard practice because it is NOT. Bailey Nelson, Lens Crafters etc. will do an adjustment for you and if they break your glasses, they will replace them. Also, the glasses were purchased from this exact store, just to be clear.
