  Im from out of town and been to this place 3x in search of frames each time I visit. I got two frames: one for computer and another for daily wear. Team Lead Gagan was very helpful and provided feedback on my prescription and options with lenses. His female colleague so kind such that I left my personal items unattended to quickly grab another set of frames and the female attendant stood by to watch it so no one wouldnt steal it. Overrall, good experience. Thank u team!

  This place should be named Lens Con Artists. They made me waste my precious fuel 3 times in my Audi Q5 to pick up my prescription glasses. They could not resolve my issue and now want to waste my time in customer query form when I can do something productive but unfortunately due to my glasses I cannot even see clearly to fill the customer query form. Disappointed Max!

  I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Aqsa made the entire process of choosing my glasses and sunglasses easy and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Her attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out and made a positive impression. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.   I had an amazing experience at the LensCrafters Guildford branch! I forgot to ask for the names of the staff members who helped me, but the manager was so kind and helpful. She assisted me with the protection plan for my previous frames, and I was able to get a new pair with my updated prescription (my numbers had gone up slightly). The lady who helped me select the lenses and frames was also incredibly patient and sweet. I was hesitant to choose between two options, and she really helped me make the right decision. Such a friendly team 🌷🌹🙏🏻 thank you so much!

  I have no complaints about the quality of the glasses themselves — the model is great, which is why I ended up keeping them. However, the customer service left a very unpleasant impression. From the beginning, I clearly said that I did not want the display pair because many different people had already tried them on, and I specifically asked for a brand-new pair to be ordered. I was told that would not be a problem. A few days later, I received a call saying that my new glasses had arrived. I took time out of my day, came to pick them up, and then realized they were trying to give me the exact same display pair. It was obvious immediately. They were not even properly cleaned or prepared. Honestly, this felt disrespectful to the customer and more like an attempt to just “push” the product instead of doing what was promised. If someone pays for a new item, they expect to receive a new item — not a display model that has been handled and tried on by dozens of people. Very disappointing experience. If I had not liked the model so much, I would have refused the purchase altogether.
