  Visited LensCrafters store in Guilford. The staff is very polite and helpful. The girl who helped me was Hira. She is amazing. She was very patient in helping me select the right frame for my glasses. She also answered a bunch of questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this place.

  accidentally popped my lens in the wrong way and was having a headache at work. I came to them after finishing my shift and they literally fixed my glasses so swiftly in a matter of minutes!!! and they didn’t even charge me a single dime. these people are truly the salt of the earth I cannot see without my glasses they’re literally lifesavers!

  Ravneet delivered absolute perfection! Walking in, I was feeling pretty skeptical and had zero clue what I was actually looking for. But the moment I stepped through the door, she welcomed me in and completely worked her magic. She guided me through finding both sunglasses and everyday glasses, giving spot-on style feedback while making sure my personal taste was front and centre. I honestly would have walked out empty-handed without her eye for style, and now I literally can't wait for them to arrive! If you want a fun, stress-free experience, definitely ask for Ravneet—she’s a total rockstar!

  "Terrible service — the worst I've ever experienced. They took more than 2 months to deliver my glasses. They never notified me about the reason for the delay. I had to go in person 4 times to ask, plus multiple phone calls, and every time I got the same answer: 'It's in process.' I wasted my time only to finally receive crooked and scratched glasses. They don't even have the slightest care to do their job properly. The manager is never there — every time I went, she wasn't available. I hope this review helps so no one else wastes their money and time at this store. A real waste of time... they just make you waste your time."

  I was in to see Dr Wong, the optometrist in the Guildford Mall. Surrey, BC on 4 Sept 2026. I saw him many years ago and again in 2021. He has the same enthusiasm, concern and cares for his patient. He is very knowledgeable. Then Ravneet helped me with the prescription glasses. She is very knowledgeable and possesses excellent customer service skills. There was an irate customer on that day and the Lens Crafters staff handled the situation calmly. The male customer was not nice to staff and was shouting. Amazing Lens Crafters staff, nice office ambiance and many name brand glasses to pick from.
