  I have a very strong prescription, but to save time, the doctor Rick Wong dilated my eyes before testing my vision. Is it possible to get an accurate prescription when my pupils are already dilated?

  Been coming here since I was a child and I will now be considering changing to another optometrist clinic. The quality and service from both the new receptionists and doctors have declined. The last few appointments I’ve had, I’ve always left more concerned about my eye health without any information or suggestions about how to improve and help my concerns. It’s unacceptable. Yesterday I was on hold for 5 mins and today the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. I’ve had an appointment where while mentioning my concerns to a doctor (younger Asian man) he just rushed me through the appointment; and with one of the female south Asian/middle eastern doctors I experienced a total lack of offering any suggestions/information besides “we will keep monitoring” instead of “here’s what you can do now before things get worse. If the issue is you don’t have enough staff to accommodate your clients especially those of us who have been coming here for 20+ years, you are going to lose clients.

  I was in several optometry clinics in last 30 years, but this one is the recent one. And I would like to rate Dr. Rick Wong is the best optometrist I have ever visited. He is very nice and explains everything on my eye testing so clear, so patient. So, if you like a service like this, not rush and busy, then visit Dr. Rick Wong Optometry Clinic. you will be not disappointed.

  Great experience, doctor was so considerate and adviseful.
