  Excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were very helpful and even called to remind me of my upcoming appointment, which I really appreciated. Dr. Dang was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative during my first eye examination. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. The examination was thorough and professionally conducted. Highly recommended!

  Dr.LawrenceO was efficient and concise to addressing my vision assessment. Christa*(sp) was wonderful and cordial at handling me as a walk-in, as I had try previous times to self coordinate an appointment. I highly recommend this office for optometry requirements.

  The admin at the front was very polite, patient, and helpful. However, our experience with Dr. Gafur was not pleasant for my mom. She was rough in the way she spoke and seemed impatient during the appointment. She did not attempt to examine my mom’s eyes and refused to provide the eye exam due to my mom’s blood sugar levels. After learning that my mom’s blood sugar level was 7.4, she told us to come back when the levels were lower instead of trying to conduct the examination or offering any alternative support. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. We went to another optometrist the next day, explained my mom’s diabetes and blood sugar levels, and they were able to successfully complete her eye exam without any issues. Overall, the experience with Dr. Gafur felt rude and dismissive, which was disappointing compared to the positive interaction we had with the front desk staff.

  This clinic changes your optometrist to whoever they choose. We went online and chose the optometrist my wife wanted to book with The clinic had to change my appointment Not only did they not confirm if my wife wanted the same optometrist she chose but they never even told her they put her with someone else. Very unprofessional
