  This location needs to go over policies with their employees. I live in Duncan, an hour away. I always have 2 pairs of my exact same glasses at the same time. I sat on my newest pair, and so I claimed my protection plan. I went in to claim it, they ordered new ones and no one told me I was to give them the broken ones. They let me leave with the broken ones that day, and now I drive an hour to pick up the new ones and they tell me I have to provide them the broken ones. Well that would’ve been great to know so I could have brought them. So they made me leave my back up pair as collateral. So until I have time to drive an hour back to Nanaimo I am without a back up pair. So I break them, I cannot work, I cannot drive etc. unacceptable, if this is your policy you should have kept the broken ones when I ordered the warranty ones. I will be contacting head office

  10/10. Allison is very professional and swift with helping the customers pick up the right and practical sunglasses !! The entire process from selecting the right article, and customizing the lenses and offering a worthy protection plan went very smooth for myself! 100% would recommend!! I even ended up spending way less than I had originally planned before walking into the store. Thanks Allison!
