  Staff totally goes out of their way to make sure the customer leaves happy. I’ve tried other spots but it always feels like they’re just trying to make a sale. Definitely not the case here. After care is always key & you’ll be sure to receive it here! Shoutout to Ken specifically - 10/10 customer service.

  My daughter and I came in to Pearl Vision because we both needed new glasses. Took my time out on a Sunday to get this done. We waited for 15 mins, not once did we get acknowledged, no eye contact or anything. Its like we were invisible. it wasn't even busy. Two opticians were helping customers out. We were standing around for so long. At least acknowledge people that come into your store. You can say, I am just busy, please wait a few mins and i will assist you. The opticians did not even acknowledge us!! Horrible customer service! We wanted to order glasses, we had our prescriptions.You could have earned our business by just acknowledging us. I walked into Lens Crafters and was helped immediately.

  I had a problem with reading fine print and doctor Kim was very patient and helpful. I'm very happy to get new glasses. Highly recommend Dr. Kim and Pearle Vision staff.
