  I've been here several times, and it's simply my favourite store to visit for anything. Every single employee I've interacted with has gone above and beyond to assist me. Alvin and Krystelle in particular deserve to be credited. When I came in to purchase new lenses for my current frames, Alvin did an extensive price breakdown with me, factoring in all possible discounts. The new lenses alone would run me in the mid $500 range. However, Alvin then advised me that there were on-going promotions for the purchase of a complete pair (frame + lenses) of glasses, which would allow me to purchase both the lenses I wanted AND a backup frame for only about $20 more than the lenses would cost on their own! A tremendous deal, and I would've had no idea otherwise that it was an option. I ordered them immediately, paying in full at the time of order. I was curious about how they filled a perscription lens order, and Alvin walked me through every step as he completed them with clear detail, showing me how they use their iPad to measure OC, PD, the frame's circumference, etc., and explaining how every measurement affects the perscription. It was fascinating to watch and learn the process. I must point out on top of all this that he was helping myself and another customer at the same time, managing to give both of us all the help and attention we needed. Not only that, he was helping me in English and the other customer in what sounded like Tagalog! Insanely impressive multi-tasking. I had planned to put my glasses on a 12 month financing plan through my bank, but sadly delayed too long after making the purchase. I missed the window to enable financing, thus leaving me to pay off the total balance ($600) in full, instead of monthly installments ($50/month). Completely a me problem. As I hadn't budgeted to pay the full amount at once, I thought there would be no harm in asking at pick-up to refund and repurchase my glasses; this way, it would be a new transaction on my credit card, allowing me to finance it. When I picked up my glasses, I was helped by Krystelle. She didn't bat an eye at this request. She took an extra 15 or so minutes helping me with a problem that was 100% my fault, with no benefit to her or the business. It's not like she was selling me another pair - the transaction had been completed several days ago when I ordered the glasses. She helped me solely for my benefit, and while I apologized several times for the inconvenience, she reassured me that it wasn't an issue or inconvenience at all. She was kind, patient, understanding, and funny, and made me feel totally at ease. She was also extremely skilled and efficient at popping the lenses in and out of the frames. I've never seen anything like it. I could go on, be it about Alvin, Krystelle, or any of the other fabulous employees here that have helped me over the years. But I think the point is clear: the people here CARE. They want to help you get the best deal. They want you to feel comfortable. They want to make sure you walk out with both a pair of glasses and an experience that make you happy. I will continue coming here for as long as I live in the area. It's a cut above not only other Lenscrafters I've been to, but other optometry stores in general. Highly recommend.

  I wanted to leave positive feedback for my experience tonight. The nose piece on my raybans fell off. I went all over the mall and no one could help me. Pop by here, and 2 min later the sunglasses are as good as new. Staff were really friendly. Would bring my business back here again.

  I have been coming to Alvin at LensCrafters for almost two years now, and every experience has been exceptional. The first time I met Alvin was when I was looking for a birthday gift for my boyfriend. My boyfriend wasn't with me, so I only had a few pictures of him. Alvin was incredibly helpful and guided me in choosing the perfect pair of sunglasses. Thanks to his advice, the sunglasses were a perfect fit and my boyfriend loved them. The second time, my boyfriend and I visited together to get his prescription glasses. Once again, Alvin was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the right frames and lenses. Most recently, I went back last week to get prescription glasses for my mom. I actually made sure Alvin would be there because I knew I could trust his advice. As always, he was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything, and helped me choose the best option for her needs. Alvin consistently provides outstanding customer service and genuinely cares about helping his customers. His patience, expertise, and honest advice are the reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend asking for Alvin if you visit LensCrafters—you'll be in great hands!

  Alvin is very knowledgeable, he knows the products very well and gives the correct recommendation for our needs.amazing customer service from Alvin. This is my favorite place for eye care from now onwards. Highly recommend this place for your eyecare.

  Everything was great when I went in, received the best assistance choosing the right frame, transition lenses etc. Would have been 5 stars however when I was picking up my glasses the service was abysmal. I was told to come back for adjusting the fitting even though I didn’t live close by. I asked again and she just said give the fit a try and come back some other time if I need adjustments made. She barely made eye contact and was being avoidant and rude so I just left instead of becoming a Karen. Totally wild how different I was treated once they had my $700.
