I had excellent customer service at Pearle Vision in Orchard Park mall in Kelowna. It’s my first prescription and the staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

Kryalee did a great job today. I couldn’t get fixed my glasses in other stores. Finally I went to this Pearle oo Vision in the mall, she fixed it in 2 minutes. Thanks to Kryalee. She’s awesome.

The service was 10/10 and Avneet was honestly the sweetest. Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. Walked in for sunglasses, walked out feeling like I needed a runway 😂✨ Definitely coming back!

Had such a great experience buying my first pair of sunglasses! Avneet was so friendly and helpful.she’s the best. I was really confused between two pairs but she guided me on which one suited my face best. I’m so happy with my purchase and really appreciate her help
