  Such a great experience at LensCrafters! This was my first time getting glasses, and Evan was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and completely stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. I’m so happy with the quality and fit of my glasses, and the entire experience from start to finish was seamless. It’s so nice to receive this level of genuine customer service. I would absolutely recommend LensCrafters, and especially Evan, to anyone looking for new glasses. We’ll definitely be back!

  Shopping is my least favourite thing to do. Eyeglasses are an anxious experience due to the overwhelming selections, options & price. Abraham was fantastic. I felt relaxed and on task with my budget. I am glad I went in🤓

  Came into the store and wanted to purchase new frames and lenses. Was wanting to try the new Meta Frames. Emma the customer representative was very accommodating, knowledge, had a great sense of humor and new how to take the stress out of finding the correct frames for my face. Thank you again and I will definitely recommend her as the one to talk to for your next purchase of eyewear. Lenscrafters has a huge selection of frames and very knowledgeable staff. Will come back for my next pair and will also refer them to friends and family.

  Huge rave to the team at Lenscrafters Orchard Park! Thank you for helping me repair my work loupes. You were all great from making suggestions on where to find frames and switching the lenses. I truly appreciate all the help and kind service.

  Wanted to be a customer but sadly store is Impossible to get ahold of. I’m disabled and wanted to buy a couple pairs of glasses but needed to know if they take my disability/insurance so called at 4 different times throughout the week and no one ever picked up, I tried looking online and using chatbot but it just directs me back to calling or go in but given my mobility issues I didn’t want to make the trip unless I knew they would take my insurance.
