If I could give zero stars, I would! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication I have experienced.
I have been trying to obtain a refund for a $300 insurance claim that was processed despite no glasses ever being purchased! What should have been a straightforward issue has turned into an unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming process.
When I visited the store in person seeking a resolution, I was met with responses that felt dismissive, unhelpful, and at times bordering on rude. Since then, I have exchanged multiple emails involving myself, my insurance provider, and Lens Crafters, yet my attempts to resolve this matter have been met with complete silence.
The lack of accountability, follow-up, and basic customer care has been extremely disappointing. I am simply asking for a refund for a charge that should never have been processed in the first place!
Unfortunately, after weeks of being ignored, I have lost confidence in LensCrafters' commitment to customer service.
I hope someone will finally take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly

Went to get sunglasses adjusted that were too wide for my face, Jason helped me and now they fit perfect, he was very nice and the process was super quick! It was complimentary which was a nice surprise :)

The staff in here are fantastic. I was having trouble with my sunglasses (they were too loose after wearing them on my head regularly for several years). I stopped into the store and Jason adjusted them perfectly for me. It was so quick and easy. Thank you so much!

It was my first time purchasing prescription glasses and Emma went above and beyond. From picking out the best frames to helping narrow down the choices, she made the entire process so seamless and I wish all sales associates were as helpful as her! I will 100% return to this store for future purchases and hope to receive the same exceptional service as the one Emma provided. Thanks queen <3
