  I've bought two pairs of glasses from pearle vision. Twice now I've had to get them fixed due to my own carelessness. Both times they were fixed within 30 minutes.

  I had to make a decision regarding single vision or progressive lenses. It was difficult for me because progressive are much more expensive and I did not want to be unhappy with the glasses and out of pocket with a large sum. I worked with Lillian Wong at Coquitlam Centre who is exceptional great at explaining the process and what to expect. I ended up with progressive lenses and I am happy with it. Highly recommend working with Lillian Wong.

  I’ve stopped in twice to have my frames aligned after mishaps. Liliian and another employee were friendly and helpful, fixing my frames quickly despite the fact that I didn’t purchase my frames there. Thank you!

  Jordan, Sania, Mishga, Maryam, and Lilian are the best team for helping you find your perfect glasses! I bought 3 pairs of different styled glasses to match different outfits and occasions. The team patiently explained all my options clearly and gave me great ideas for styles! I will definitely come back for my next pairs!

  Randomly, stepped in to change my nose pads, i was approached by Ms. Lilian Wong. When she found out my concern. Immediately she took my glasses and changed the pretty old nose pads without 2nd word. She is really nice n patience, which good customer service! I really appreciated her gesture! Keep my the good work, Lillian!
