  I visited LensCrafters a couple of days ago to get my glasses adjusted, and Manager Rahul went above and beyond to help fix my broken pair of glasses that I’ve had for years. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly meant a lot to me. A big thank you to Rahul for going the extra mile! Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized.   I have been a customer for a long time at Coquitlam centre LensCrafters, and I've always been happy with the services. This time, however, Azar, one of the specialist there,did an amazing job of finding something that specifically fit what I was looking for. Since I would go back for a completely new prescription and eye-ware choice in a few months, she found me a low least cost option as a temporary solution. I strongly recommend LensCrafters, and Azar's services; she's very careful and precise when it comes to reading and documenting the prescription, higly professional, and respectful.Thank you!

  Azar at LensCrafters went above and beyond for me today. They were going to book my eye exam for tomorrow, but she spoke with the optometrist and got me in right away. After the appointment the eye drops had my vision blurry, and she saw me struggling. She sat down and filled out my insurance form for me. She never pushed me to buy anything. She just wanted to help, and that's exactly what she did. Her attitude was positive and friendly the whole time. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people. She represents LensCrafters so well, and I have a lot of respect for her. If you need help with prescription glasses or glasses in general, ask for Azar. Thank you again, Azar!
