  I had a great experience at LensCrafters! Dr. Jodie was very professional and thorough with my eye exam and explained everything clearly. Azar was also amazing—super friendly, patient, and helpful with choosing my glasses. They both made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them!

  Thank you so much for the pleasant experience here! I called abruptly due to complications on my right eye. Despite the busy hours, I had the kindest and most patient experience ever. Even upon arrival, I was greeted and comfortably attended to (by the same person who took my phone call! She was so lovely!) Dr. Dhindsa prescribed me some eyedrops and took each and every one of my silly concerns with full expertise! I'm sure it's incredibly difficult working in this field, but I truly admire the staff team's dedication in ensuring everyone's health. Thank you once again for your hard work.

  Came in to get my Ray-Ban aviators fitted Aug 11th because I wasn't seeing right. And the woman who helped me was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. She fixed me right up within a few minutes. I was on my way and really helped improve my vision. Thank you

  Great experience at this LensCrafters. Lost a screw in my favourite Maui Jim’s that I had purchased at Sunglasses Hut in the same mall. Took them there, but they couldn’t help me at all. However, Kam at LensCrafters was super helpful. Took my glasses into the back and came back out 5 minutes later with them fixed up perfectly with a new screw, and no charge to boot! Great friendly service that definitely makes me want to go back.

  Received the best customer service from optician Emmanouel. He went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend both he and the LensCrafters located in Port Coquitlam Centre. Super-clean store, very friendly staff, 10/10 experience.
