  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, especially thanks to Manjit. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me great recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.   Lens crafters made the wrong prescriptions for my lens, and I bought them there. I was experiencing headaches and I got eyes reexamined and wen t back there with my new prescription and they wanted me to pay for the new prescription and totally said it wasn't their fault. Would not recommend going there, they are inexperienced.

  I had such a great experience with Stephanie! She was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. I purchased my prescription glasses from her, and she made everything so easy and comfortable. She was also very accommodating and even helped change the nose pads on my current prescription glasses. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Stephanie! Highly recommended! 😊

  Amazing and helpful staff. Great customer service. Professional, helpful and informative. Olivia helped me out over multiple days and was an absolute star. Took the time, answered questions and helped with all the insurance and complicated questions. She sent me to their optometrist next door and the whole start-tp-finish was pleasant. Grateful for these guys and their professionalism.
