  I have had an absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this location. And the company I general. I had originally came to get glasses last September. I spent some time in the store dealing with the employees and getting glasses picked out. A couple of days later they contacted me back and said that they could not make the glasses I wanted the way I wanted due to my prescription. Because they were the glasses I wanted I canceled my order and went back in store to get a refund that we had partially paid on debit. And assured they would cancel with my benefits. Not thinking anything of it and trusting the company I did not follow up. Fast forward to April 2026 when I checked my coverage and found out that I have infact not had my benefits refunded. To which I contacted my provider and was told to contact the store because they did not cancel it with them. This was 7 months after. I then reached out to the store manager and was assured they would do it and was told it could take some time. 7 months is already unacceptible. Fast forward to today when I now need new glasses. And still have not had my benefits reversed. This was almost 4 months ago now. To which I reached out and still have no resolution to this issue. I NEVER should have been processed if they could not make my glasses in the first place. It certainly should NOT have taken 7 months. And at this time now is 11 months after I first went in. Absolutely horrible customer service and experience with this company.

  Noi did a fantastic job in helping me out with incredible customer service, a very funny and friendly lady who was able to help me pick out my new glasses and helping me out once again with phenomenal service in exchanging without any hassles. I would 100% come back for my glasses needs!

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! Harleen was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the great experience and highly recommend LensCrafters!
