  We just wanted to thank, and commend Chris (Store Manager) @ Inglewood Towne Centre, for her exceptional customer service, understanding and thoughtfulness!! She performed, what amounted to a small service, to eliminate an issue on a prescription pair of sunglasses, from out of province, but the gesture meant the world to us!!! Again, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU. Keep up the great work. I would highly recommend engaging Chris, for your optical needs!!!

  Based on my previous experiences with Pearl Vision at Southcentre Mall in Calgary, was expecting something similar after moving to St. Albert. Walked in, no room to move around. Store front lacks adequate space. Overcrowded. When to have an eye exam, and the exam requested wasn't availabe upon arrival. Had to wait almost an hour to have someone take my order. Ended up leaving. Absolutely brutal.
