  Based on my previous experiences with Pearl Vision at Southcentre Mall in Calgary, was expecting something similar after moving to St. Albert. Walked in, no room to move around. Store front lacks adequate space. Overcrowded. When to have an eye exam, and the exam requested wasn't availabe upon arrival. Had to wait almost an hour to have someone take my order. Ended up leaving. Absolutely brutal.

  Noemi welcomed us into Pearle Vision ST Albert with a welcoming smile about one hour before closing. She provided the space we needed to browse, answered any questions we had, made some great recommendations and was able to help us make the final decision. She worked past the hours of operation to make sure my purchase was completed properly. I appreciated her honesty, her knowledge and great costumer service. I look forward to receiving my glasses knowing that I will get continued excellent service. Merci!
