They were able to fit me in same day for an eye infection and were very kind. The appointment was mostly on time (about five or ten minutes behind, which is totally understandable since emergencies exist) and the appointment itself was quick.

If you need glasses , run to Pearl Vision. My husband and I received the best service from Rebecca. I had occasion to interact with a few other employees who were also excellent with customer service. This team worked with me until everything was perfect. We will be sending our friends and family to Pearl Vision.

I would like to thank Taylor for the exceptional customer service. She thinks of everything. I bought a pair of glasses and was so happy with Taylor that I came back the next week and bought another pair from Taylor.
